Would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Seems like a lovely welcoming hotel, managed by an amicable staff. The breakfast is excellent vegetarian, and the location is magnificent adjacent to the Tower, Winter Gardens and the Town centre, town centre, and markets. The atmosphere of the property is special.

perfect spot for weekend exploration near major attractions
The warm hospitality from the owners made my solo stay even better, and being just a short 5-minute walk from the iconic Blackpool Tower and the vibrant shops and restaurants enhanced my experience of strolling through the city and enjoying its parks.

Clean rooms with en suite facilities. Solid coffee-making setups for a boost. Close to the town center without the noise.
The room door felt more like a workout. It was heavy and stiff, which got old fast. Navigating the stairs took some effort, especially on the top floor. Had a few quirks with the TV but was mostly out enjoying the area anyway.

Great location near everything exciting in Blackpool. Cozy room with comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options available, and the service was great. Kay and Gerard, treating you like family. The stairs to reach my room were a bit of a trek, which might not be ideal for everyone. A fantastic stay with just a minor inconvenience.

I had a cozy stay where the breakfast was just amazing, and I loved relaxing in the new bar area with its huge gin selection. The peaceful gardens were a nice spot to unwind after a busy day, though the room door was a bit tricky to handle at times. Definitely worth a visit for anyone looking for comfort and a friendly vibe! 😊

The room was clean and cozy, with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, was like I'd melted into it. Shower was great too. Just a bit of bother with a stiff door, but no biggie. A nice space to relax after a day out.

Fantastic stay in Blackpool!
The room was super comfy, came with everything we needed. Breakfast was delish, especially loved the full English and toast with coffee. Only tiny downside was the bar area could get a bit crowded at night. Amazing time!

The brekkie was ace, and the staff remembered my order like a proper mate. Plus, it's a short hop to Trecco's Takeaway for lip-smacking pizza and Mickey Finn's for a cheeky pint. What more could you ask for?
Only snag was the stiff room door that gave me a mini workout, and the telly had a bit of a fuss, but I was out enjoying the town anyway. Still, everything shone bright like a Blackpool illuminations night!
